The following terms and conditions ("Payment Terms") govern payments you make or receive through https://coachinho.tv (the "Website"), operated by Coachinho GmbH (Am Hauptbahnhof 6 in 53111 Bonn, Germany). Coachinho GmbH is hereinafter collectively referred to as "Coachinho", "we" or "us".
Please read these payment terms carefully before making or receiving any payments through the Website. By making or receiving payments through the Website, you accept and agree, on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your club or other legal entity (if applicable), to be bound by and to comply with these Payment Terms. These Terms and Conditions supplement Coachinho's Terms and Conditions, as applicable (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions").
General
The online courses, workouts, training plans and drills on Coachinho are available under various subscription plans. Basic content is available under the BASIC subscription plan free of charge. Premium content is marked wit the term "PRO" ("PRO Subscription"). The cost of a monthly PRO subscription is €9.99 and the cost of an annual PRO subscription is €79.90.

Billing period
The membership fee for the Coachinho service will be debited from the payment method you have specified. The payment date is the date indicated on your "Profile" page. The length of your billing period depends on the subscription type you choose when registering for the service. In some cases, your payment date may change. This is the case, for example, if the amount could not be debited from your payment method, if you change your subscription or if your paid membership started on a day that does not exist in that month. If you have subscribed to Coachinho using your account with a third party payment method, you can find the billing information for your Coachinho membership in the account information of the relevant third party provider.
Payment methods
In order to use the Coachinho service, you must specify a payment method. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts. If a payment cannot be successfully processed because the particular payment type has expired, does not have sufficient funds or fails for any other reason, and you do not cancel your account, your access to our service may be suspended until we successfully charge a valid payment type. For certain payment types, the issuer of the payment type may charge a certain fee, such as a foreign transaction fee or other payment processing fees. Local taxes may vary depending on the payment method. For more information, please contact the service provider of your payment type.
Updating your payment methods
You can update your payment types by visiting their "Profile" page and entering your details under the "Billing" tab. We may also update your payment types with data we receive from payment service providers. Following each update, you authorise us to continue to charge the applicable payment type(s).
Cancellation
You can cancel your Coachinho membership at any time and will continue to be able to use the Coachinho service until the end of your billing period. To cancel, please go to the "Profile" page and click on the button "Cancel membership" under the tab "Purchases" and "Membership" and follow the cancellation instructions. If you cancel your membership, your account will be automatically closed at the end of the current billing period. If you used a third party payment method when registering for Coachinho and wish to cancel your Coachinho membership, you may need to do so through the relevant third party payment provider. To do so, you may need to access your account with the relevant third party provider and turn off automatic renewals there or log out of the Coachinho service through that third party provider. Coachinho may terminate your account by giving you thirty days written notice. Termination will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Extraordinary termination remains unaffected.
Changes to the price and subscription offer
We may change the price of our subscription offerings from time to time in our discretion to reflect the impact of changes in the overall costs associated with our service. Examples of cost elements that affect the price of our Subscription Offerings include production and licensing costs, costs of technical provision and distribution of our Service, customer service and other costs of sale (e.g. billing and payment, marketing), general administrative and other overhead costs (e.g. rent, interest and other finance costs, costs of staff, service providers and services, IT systems, energy) and government-imposed fees, contributions, taxes and levies. All price changes will apply at the earliest 30 days after notification to you. You may cancel your membership at any time during the notice period to avoid future charges.
Receipt of payment vouchers
You agree to receive invoices and/or payment receipts from Coachinho in electronic form as PDF documents, by email or via the Website.
Collection of data
To protect against fraud, unauthorised transactions (such as money laundering), claims or other liabilities, payment information is collected in connection with Cash Outs by either Coachinho or Coachinho's payment service providers. The payment service providers may also collect other information necessary for the purpose of processing withdrawal payments. Coachinho does not have access to the payment information provided to the payment service providers and such information is subject to the privacy policy applicable to the payment service provider.
Subscriber Obligations
By using a payment method and/or providing payment details for purchases on Coachinho, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are legally authorised to provide such information; (b) you are legally authorised or permitted to make payments using the Payment Method(s); (c) if you are an employee or agent of a company or person that owns the Payment Method, you are authorised by that company or person to use the Payment Method to make payments on Coachinho; and (d) such actions do not violate any applicable law.
Local currencies
You can pay in several different currencies on Coachinho. Unless otherwise stated, you will be charged in the currency displayed on the payment page. All currency exchange services in connection with payments in local currencies are carried out by Coachinho's payment service providers. In certain cases, where certain currencies are not supported by certain payment methods, you will be charged in € even if the price is displayed in another currency. In any case, the actual amount charged (in the actual payment currency) will be clearly communicated to you before you complete the payment.
Note that all prices on Coachinho are always derived from their original € price and therefore prices in non-€ currencies change daily according to exchange rate fluctuations and may also include conversion fees. Buyers always have the option to pay in € by changing their selected displayed currency.
Promo Codes
From time to time we may offer promo codes for the purchase of courses and/or other services offered on the website at special discounts. Promo codes are only valid for purchases on Coachinho and are subject to various time restrictions and expire after their pre-defined expiry date. To claim your promo code, simply enter the code on the checkout page. If you do not do this, the discount will not be credited to your purchase. Promo codes are limited to one use per user and cannot be used or combined with any other promotion. Promo codes may be subject to additional conditions and restrictions which will be notified to you when you receive the promo code. Promo codes may be invalidated in the event of fraud, abuse or breach of the Terms of Use. Coachinho reserves the right to change or cancel promo codes at any time.
Changes
Coachinho may make changes to these payment terms from time to time. When such changes are made, Coachinho will make a new copy of the Terms available on this page.
You understand and agree that if you use Coachinho after the date on which the Payment Terms have changed, Coachinho will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Payment Terms.
